Data Protection Information we hold:

We only keep your personal data securely stored for the purposes of carrying out the services and goods we provide or procure for you and will only keep it for as long as necessary. Once the personal data is no longer required the data will be securely destroyed/cross shredded.

Data is retained on file, (this is held on our Sage Software on our Computer) for any future provision of services we may provide or procure for you. This information is kept at a minimum and only key personnel have access, which is all password protected.

We sometimes need to share the personal information we process with the individual themselves and also with other organisations.
